Our group was dynamic Wednesday, with a topic on faith vs. trust. Wanting to know the outcome of everything and struggling to go with the flow of life, trusting in not knowing the results was the theme. Is there a rule book for life? A microscope? A warranty?… Each day is a mystery. It is difficult to let go and stop trying to control everything. I think our control comes out of fear and really this topic is more about fear vs. love.
When we love ourselves, love our life, when we come from a place of love in all that we do and all that we say, fear cannot live in the same place. When we practice unconditional love even if we don’t know how to, fear cannot run our lives. When we love our brothers and sisters as we love ourselves and act out of kindness, our fear shrinks. We may still have fear, but we will go forward despite our fears.
I felt great after attending the meeting even after working a stressful, hectic day. I’m so grateful for this meeting. Thank you to all who attended. Namaste
